Reservation & Payment Methods

Initiating a tour reservation with us is a simple and convenient process – just send an email to our official email address. Once discussions and agreements on the program and pricing are finalized, you can promptly book any of our services, including tours, accommodations, and more. Upon receipt of your reservation, we will promptly respond to proceed to the next steps.

1. A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total trip cost must be submitted to confirm your reservation.

2. We accept credit card payments through PayPal, wire transfers to our designated bank account, and deposits through Western Union.
3. To secure your booking, the remaining 70% of the trip cost should be settled via bank transfer or cash (Dirhams, USD, Euros, or Pounds) at least 20 days before your departure date.

Refunds and Cancellations Policy

Children’s Accommodation Policy:
