The registered legal name and license information should be completed before these terms are published.
2. Our Role
For services that Morocco Travel 1 directly organizes and sells as part of a confirmed private tour, we act as the tour organizer.
For certain independently supplied services—including domestic flights, hotels, camps, activities, restaurants, guides, or other services booked separately—we may act as a booking agent. When we act only as an agent, the contract for that service is between you and the identified supplier, and the supplier’s booking conditions may also apply.
Your written proposal or confirmation will describe the services included in your booking.
3. Booking Requests and Contract Formation
A travel inquiry, proposed itinerary, or quotation does not constitute a confirmed booking.
Your booking becomes binding when:
- You accept the final proposal;
- We receive the required deposit or payment, and
- We send you written confirmation that the booking has been accepted.
Availability and prices may change until the required payment is received and the booking is confirmed in writing.
The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for:
- Providing accurate information for every traveler;
- Sharing these Terms and Conditions with all travelers;
- Obtaining authorization to provide their personal information;
- Making payments on behalf of the group; and
- Communicating relevant changes to all travelers.
4. Accuracy of Traveler Information
You must provide complete and accurate information, including:
- Full names as shown on passports;
- Nationality;
- Dates of birth when required;
- Passport information when necessary;
- Travel dates;
- Arrival and departure details;
- Room arrangements;
- Dietary requirements;
- Mobility or accessibility needs; and
- Other information reasonably required to arrange the journey.
Morocco Travel 1 is not responsible for costs or disruption resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or late information supplied by you.
Corrections made after reservations have been confirmed may result in supplier fees, fare differences, or other additional costs.
5. Quotations and Prices
Unless otherwise stated, a quotation is based on:
- The proposed travel dates;
- Number of travelers;
- Room arrangements;
- Accommodation category;
- Transportation requirements;
- Included meals;
- Guided visits;
- Activities; and
- Availability at the time the proposal is prepared.
The quotation will state the applicable currency. Prices may be presented in euros, US dollars, British pounds, Moroccan dirhams, or another agreed currency.
Your proposal should clearly identify:
- Included services;
- Excluded services;
- Deposit requirements;
- Final payment dates;
- Optional activities;
- Applicable taxes or fees; and
- Any supplier-specific conditions.
Prices may change before confirmation because of availability, exchange-rate movements, government taxes, fuel charges, supplier price changes, or requested itinerary modifications.
After confirmation, a price will not be changed unless:
- You request a change;
- The number of travelers changes;
- A government tax or mandatory charge changes;
- Material information supplied for the booking was incorrect; or
- The booking confirmation expressly permits an adjustment.
6. Deposits and Payment Schedule
Unless a different schedule is stated in your written proposal:
- 50% of the total booking price is due when the booking is confirmed;
- A further 20% is due no later than 30 days before arrival;
- The remaining 30% is due on arrival and before the outstanding services begin.
Bookings made within 30 days of arrival may require a larger deposit or full payment at confirmation.
Your invoice or proposal will identify the accepted payment methods. Bank charges, transfer costs, card-processing charges, or currency-conversion fees must be disclosed before payment and are payable by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Payment is considered received only when cleared funds reach the account stated on the invoice.
If a payment is not received by its due date, we may:
- Suspend further reservations;
- Release unconfirmed services;
- Treat the booking as cancelled by you, or
- Apply supplier cancellation conditions.
We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before cancelling a booking for non-payment.
7. Non-Refundable Services
Some suppliers require immediate or non-refundable payment. These may include:
- Domestic flights;
- Certain hotels and riads;
- Desert camps;
- Holiday-season reservations;
- Event tickets;
- Entrance tickets;
- Special permits;
- Private villas;
- Activities; and
- Other services with restrictive conditions.
We will inform you when a significant service is non-refundable before confirming it whenever reasonably possible.
Non-refundable supplier charges remain payable in addition to any cancellation charge described below.
8. Changes Requested by You
Requests to change a confirmed booking must be submitted in writing.
Changes are subject to availability and may result in:
- Supplier amendment charges;
- Fare or rate differences;
- Additional transportation costs;
- Administrative costs; or
- Loss of previously confirmed services.
We will explain known additional costs before confirming a requested change.
Changing travel dates, route, duration, accommodation category, or number of travelers may require the booking to be repriced.
A significant change may be treated as cancellation of the original arrangements and creation of a new booking.
9. Cancellation by You
A cancellation must be submitted in writing to:
The effective cancellation date is the date on which we receive the written notice.
Unless your booking confirmation states different conditions, the following cancellation charges apply to the total value of the cancelled services:
45 days or more before departure
The booking deposit is non-refundable. You must also pay any non-refundable supplier charges exceeding the retained deposit.
31 to 44 days before departure
The cancellation charge is 50% of the total booking price, together with any non-refundable supplier charges not already covered by that amount.
30 days or fewer before departure
The cancellation charge is 100% of the total booking price.
No-show or early departure
No refund is provided when a traveler:
- Does not arrive for the confirmed service;
- Misses a scheduled departure or transfer;
- Voluntarily leaves the tour early;
- Declines an included service;
- Cannot travel because of missing documents; or
- Is refused entry or boarding for reasons within the traveler’s responsibility.
We strongly recommend travel insurance that includes cancellation and interruption cover.
10. Refunds
Any refund will be calculated after deducting:
- Applicable cancellation charges;
- Non-refundable supplier payments;
- Bank or card charges that cannot be recovered;
- Services already provided;
- Administrative costs expressly disclosed in the booking; and
- Other amounts properly due under these terms.
Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method where practical.
Refund processing may depend on the return of funds from hotels, airlines, camps, activity providers, or other suppliers. We will provide an update when a refund is delayed by a third party.
No refund is due for unused services that a traveler voluntarily chooses not to use during the journey.
11. Changes Made by Morocco Travel 1
Travel in Morocco may require reasonable itinerary flexibility. Routes, visit times, accommodation, activities, and transportation may occasionally be adjusted because of:
- Weather;
- Road conditions;
- Local events;
- Safety concerns;
- Supplier availability;
- Government restrictions;
- Flight changes;
- Operational requirements; or
- Circumstances beyond reasonable control.
When possible, we will provide a service of a similar standard and preserve the main character of the confirmed journey.
Minor changes do not entitle the traveler to cancel without charge.
Examples of minor changes may include:
- A change of hotel to a comparable property;
- A change in the order of visits;
- A different vehicle of a similar category;
- Adjusted departure times; or
- Replacement of an activity with a comparable experience.
12. Significant Changes or Cancellation by Us
When we must make a significant change before departure, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and, where appropriate, offer one of the following:
- Acceptance of the revised arrangements;
- A suitable alternative of comparable value;
- A lower-priced alternative with reimbursement of the difference; or
- Cancellation with a refund of recoverable amounts paid for services not provided.
We may cancel a booking if:
- Required payment is not received;
- The traveler provides materially incorrect information;
- Continuing the booking would create a serious safety or legal risk;
- A traveler engages in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or illegal conduct; or
- Extraordinary circumstances make the services impossible or unsafe to provide.
A refund or alternative offered following cancellation will take account of non-refundable amounts already committed to independent suppliers, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Force Majeure and Extraordinary Circumstances
Force majeure or unavoidable extraordinary circumstances may include events outside the reasonable control of Morocco Travel 1 or its suppliers, such as:
- Natural disasters;
- Flooding, earthquakes, or severe weather;
- Fire;
- War or armed conflict;
- Civil unrest;
- Terrorism or credible security threats;
- Epidemics or pandemics;
- Border closures;
- Government restrictions;
- Strikes not involving our own workforce;
- Major transport disruption;
- Airspace closure;
- Utility or communications failure; or
- Similar events that could not reasonably have been avoided.
When such an event affects your journey, we may change, suspend, postpone, or cancel affected services.
We will take reasonable steps to assist you and recover available supplier refunds. However, we cannot guarantee reimbursement of amounts that have already been paid to and lawfully retained by independent suppliers.
Additional accommodation, meals, transportation, repatriation, or other costs resulting from extraordinary circumstances are the traveler’s responsibility unless they are covered by the confirmed package, an applicable law, or a travel insurance policy.
14. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is required for all travelers.
Your policy should be suitable for the complete journey and should cover, where relevant:
- Trip cancellation;
- Trip interruption;
- Emergency medical treatment;
- Hospitalization;
- Medical evacuation;
- Repatriation;
- Travel delays;
- Missed departures;
- Loss, theft, or damage to luggage;
- Personal liability;
- Passport loss;
- Adventure activities; and
- Pre-existing medical conditions.
You are responsible for checking that the policy covers every activity you plan to undertake, including hiking, camel riding, quad biking, cycling, surfing, horseback riding, hot-air ballooning, or other activities.
Morocco Travel 1 may request evidence of insurance before departure.
15. Passports, Visas and Entry Requirements
Each traveler is responsible for:
- Holding a valid passport;
- Obtaining required visas;
- Meeting immigration and entry requirements;
- Carrying required travel documents;
- Checking passport-validity requirements;
- Meeting customs requirements; and
- Confirming requirements for children traveling with one parent or guardian.
Entry requirements vary by nationality and may change. Information provided by Morocco Travel 1 is general guidance only and should be verified with the appropriate embassy, consulate, airline, or government authority.
Morocco Travel 1 is not responsible when a traveler is denied boarding, entry, or participation because of missing, invalid, or insufficient documentation.
16. Health and Fitness
You are responsible for determining whether you are physically and medically able to participate in the itinerary and selected activities.
Before booking, inform us of any relevant:
- Medical condition;
- Allergy;
- Disability;
- Pregnancy;
- Dietary requirement;
- Mobility limitation; or
- Other circumstances affecting the safe delivery of services.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate disclosed requirements, but not every hotel, vehicle, historic medina, mountain route, desert camp, or activity is fully accessible.
Travelers should obtain professional medical advice regarding vaccinations, medication, heat, altitude, food, water, and other health considerations.
17. Accommodation
Accommodation is selected according to the confirmed itinerary, category, budget, and availability.
Moroccan accommodation standards and classifications may differ from those used in other countries. Traditional riads, desert camps, mountain lodges, and rural guesthouses may have different facilities from international hotels.
Named accommodation is subject to availability until confirmed. When a confirmed property becomes unavailable, we may provide a suitable alternative of a similar standard and location where reasonably possible.
Room configurations, views, adjoining rooms, specific floors, and bedding requests cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Official check-in and check-out times apply.
18. Transportation
The type and size of vehicle depend on:
- Group size;
- Route;
- luggage;
- Road conditions; and
- Confirmed service category.
Seat belts should be worn whenever available, and passengers must follow reasonable safety instructions from the driver.
Travel times are estimates and may change because of traffic, weather, roadworks, rest stops, police checks, local events, or route conditions.
Unless expressly included, vehicles and drivers are not available for unlimited or unscheduled use outside the confirmed itinerary and agreed operating hours.
19. Local Guides and Activities
Local guides may be arranged in destinations such as Marrakech, Fes, Rabat, Meknes, Chefchaouen, and other locations.
Guides, activity providers, restaurants, desert camps, and other suppliers may operate independently and may have their own safety instructions and participation requirements.
Activities are subject to:
- Weather;
- Availability;
- Minimum age;
- Physical ability;
- Safety conditions;
- Local regulations; and
- Supplier requirements.
A supplier may refuse participation when it reasonably considers that a traveler cannot safely take part.
20. Children
A parent, guardian, or authorized adult is responsible for supervising children throughout the journey.
Child prices and policies vary by hotel, camp, activity, and transportation provider. A child discount is not guaranteed and will be confirmed in the proposal.
Parents or guardians must provide accurate ages at the time of booking and carry any documents required for children to travel.
Some activities may have minimum-age, height, weight, or supervision requirements.
21. Traveler Conduct
Travelers must:
- Respect Moroccan laws, customs, communities, and religious traditions;
- Treat drivers, guides, accommodation staff, suppliers, residents, and other travelers respectfully;
- Follow reasonable safety instructions;
- Avoid threatening, abusive, discriminatory, dangerous, or disruptive behavior; and
- Refrain from possessing or using illegal substances.
Morocco Travel 1 may end a traveler’s participation when their conduct creates a safety risk, seriously disrupts the journey, damages property, violates the law, or adversely affects other people.
A traveler removed for misconduct is responsible for resulting accommodation, transportation, legal, and repatriation costs and is not entitled to a refund for unused services.
22. Personal Belongings
Travelers are responsible for their luggage, money, passports, electronic devices, valuables, and personal belongings.
Do not leave valuables unattended in vehicles, public places, hotel rooms, restaurants, or camps.
Morocco Travel 1 is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage unless directly caused by a failure for which liability cannot legally be excluded.
Loss or theft should be reported promptly to the relevant supplier, local police, and travel-insurance provider.
23. Independent Suppliers
Hotels, riads, camps, airlines, transport providers, guides, restaurants, and activity operators may be independent businesses.
We exercise reasonable care when selecting suppliers, but their services may also be governed by their own operating rules, cancellation conditions, and legal obligations.
Morocco Travel 1 is not responsible for an independent supplier’s act or omission when the supplier was not acting under our direct control, except to the extent that applicable law makes us responsible.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence where applicable.
24. Complaints During the Journey
When a problem occurs, notify your driver, guide, supplier, or Morocco Travel 1 as soon as possible so that reasonable efforts can be made to resolve it during the journey.
Contact us through:
Telephone / WhatsApp: +212.660.609.696
Email: info@moroccotravel1.com
You should allow a reasonable opportunity for the issue to be corrected.
When the matter remains unresolved, send a written complaint within 30 days after the end of the journey. Include:
- Booking name;
- Travel dates;
- Description of the issue;
- When and to whom it was reported;
- Supporting photographs or documents; and
- The resolution requested.
Failure to report a correctable problem during the journey may affect our ability to investigate or provide an appropriate remedy.
25. Privacy and Personal Information
We process personal information for travel planning, reservations, payments, communication, safety, legal obligations, and related business purposes.
Booking information may need to be shared with hotels, transport providers, guides, camps, activity operators, airlines, and other suppliers involved in providing your journey.

- Hotel rooms and facilities may differ;
- Construction or maintenance may occur;
- Listed attractions may close;

Third-party trademarks, photographs, and other content remain the property of their respective owners.
28. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
The parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith communication.
When a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to the competent courts of Marrakech, Morocco, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional rules that cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights that apply to the booking.
29. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
30. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our services, supplier arrangements, payment practices, or legal obligations.
The terms accepted when your booking is confirmed will generally apply to that booking unless:
- The parties agree otherwise in writing;
- A change is required by law; or
- The updated provision benefits the traveler without reducing confirmed rights.
